TOYOTA LAND CRUISER AT TOYOTA OF BROOKFIELD
This body-on-frame SUV hasn't forgotten where it came from.
Featuring plenty of tough off-road DNA thanks to its full-time 4WD system, and
other features like CRAWL control and Multi-Terrain Select, the Toyota Land
Cruiser is fully capable of going from the outback, and then out to dinner,
without missing a beat.
The new Toyota Land Cruiser is fully-loaded. And loaded with
safety, too. Toyota Safety Sense is standard on the all new Toyota SUVs, and includes
a Pre-Collision System with Pedestrian Detection (PCS w PD) which can
automatically apply brakes when necessary. Dynamic Radar Cruise Control, Lane
Departure Alert with Sway Warning Assist, (LDA /SWA), and Automatic High Beams (AHB)
are also in the mix and work seamlessly within the Land Cruiser.
The Toyota Land Cruiser from Toyota of Brookfield is so
all-encompassing that it is positively loaded. As such, there is only one trim
level, and only one option: The DVD Rear Seat Entertainment. Standard equipment
on the Land Cruiser is so flush that there's really no need for anything else!
They include items such as a heated tilt and telescoping steering wheel, smart
key keyless entry with push button start, power moonroof, engine immobilizer,
auto-dimming side and rearview mirrors, HomeLink universal garage-door/gate
opening system and more

POWER PLAY
The Toyota Land Cruiser features a single choice of engines, but don't think it's being deprived. Sort of like Henry Ford, you can have it with any engine, as long as it's the 381-horsepower 5.7-liter DOHC V8 engine. Outfitted with Toyota's variable valve timing with intelligence (VVT-i), this big V8 makes 401 lb-ft of torque at 3,600 rpm. That power is routed through the Toyota 8-speed electronically controlled automatic transmission with intelligence (ECT-i), which allows manual operation in situations such as climbing a steep incline or down a hill.Ninety percent of the Land Cruiser's peak torque comes on at a barely-breathing 2,200 rpm, making it a stellar towing machine. The standard Trailer Towing Package equips it to tug a load weighing as much as 8,100 pounds. All the necessary bits are here as well, including an engine oil cooler and a connector and sub-wiring harness for a trailer-brake controller.
REFINED, INSIDE AND OUT.
The Toyota Land Cruiser's body-on-frame construction makes extensive use of high-strength steel to provide a solid on-road driving feel. Offering all the comfort of a Luxury Sedan, it is still always ready to tackle the next challenge that may take it far afield, whether off-pavement or riding the trails in the outback. The choice is yours and it's backed up by the confidence of knowing your Land Cruiser can just as easily bring you back, too.Credit goes to the Kinetic Dynamic Suspension System (KDSS), which hydraulically adjusts the lean resistance provided by the Land Cruiser's stabilizer bars, reducing it for off-road driving and any tendency of wheel lift. The full-time all-wheel-drive system uses a Torsen limited slip locking center differential to distribute torque 40:60 front to rear. Should the sensors detect wheel slippage, they will redirect more torque to those wheels with better grip. Additionally, there are other features such as Downhill Assist Control that helps the Land Cruiser to a target speed allowing it to "creep" downhill with minimal driver intervention.
From the inside, Luxury permeates all three rows of the Land Cruiser. The middle row seats are heated, and the seat folds forward or reclines in a 40:20:40 split that helps others gain entrance to the third row. With all rear seats folded, the Land Cruiser is capable of carrying 81.7 cubic feet of cargo space.
